To enhance our activity in Switzerland we are looking for BUSINESS UNIT MANAGERS.

Compétences
As Business Unit Manager you will have to meet the requirements for outsourced R&D services from major accounts in the manufacturing, telecoms and service sectors. You will be responsible for the development and the management of a Business Unit. Therefore your key responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting new accounts and developing relationships with your clients
- Recruiting and managing your team of consulting engineers
- Managing the P& L of your Business Unit.
You are post-graduated in business or engineering and have a relevant experience from 2 to 4 years in business development and commercial activities in the high tech area. Your English is fluent and the local language (French or German) is your mother tongue.
You are eager to work as a key decision maker on a fast growing market requiring proactive, self-confident, and business-minded managers, with excellent communication and organization skills.
